Sunvista will consider the booking subject to cancellation if the full payment is not received on time. We advise our customers to submit a 50% advance payment as a booking fee to confirm the selected package and settle the remaining amount 30 days before the scheduled event/service. In case you decide to cancel your booking, please inform us in writing. No refunds will be issued after the event/service date. You are free to cancel your arrangements at your convenience by sending an email or written notification from the individual who made the booking. Cancellation charges will apply as per our policy. Booking modifications or cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy and company's terms.

There will be no refund provided of any amount because of lack of resources or natural calamities.

Travelers are responsible for the safety of their personal documents and belongings, and Sunvista disclaims any liability in this regard. If a promised service in your package, documented in your vouchers, is not provided, we may compensate for the inconvenience or arrange for alternative services. We urge you to obtain all details of your package in writing through www.sunvista.ky. Sunvista will not be liable for any stay in a hotel unless supported by written documents from us. Some hotels may require a non-refundable deposit upon booking, so it's important to review the refund policy beforehand. Customers are requested to pay a partial amount for booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due upon confirmation receipt.

Late check out and early check-in shall be applicable according to availability of rooms on hotel. It can be charged extra. Sunvista shall not be liable for any extra charges from hotels for late check-out or early check-in. In case of cancellation or delay of flight, customers may miss the chance of sightseeing. No refund shall be provided for this.
Sunvista assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of services in your package, as hotel photos are provided by the specific hotels. Consequently, Sunvista disclaims liability for the appearance of rooms. Our aim is to deliver the best possible experience to align with your expectations.
Following the cancellation of a booking, the amount shall be deemed non-refundable, and in some cases, this may be determined on a per-person basis. Failure to present vouchers during check-in may result in the hotel denying access, and in such cases, Sunvista shall not be held liable for any inconvenience caused. In the event that the specific hotel is overbooked, we will make arrangements for an alternative hotel. Consumption of excessive hard drinks and becoming overly intoxicated during the flight is discouraged to avoid complications during immigration and upon arrival. Customers are responsible for any increases in taxes that may occur.
A 4% transaction charge will be applied to the total amount for online payments, and no refund of transaction charges will be provided in case of booking cancellation. For payments made using an American Express payment card, a 6% non-refundable transaction charge will be levied. Rates may increase due to the time gap between the quotation date and the booking date. In such cases, customers will be required to cover the additional amount. To avoid any issues with rates, prompt booking is recommended. Confirmation will be considered upon receipt of the booking payment. Payment for the package can be made through credit card, EFT or cash deposit to our bank account.
Sunvista shall not be held responsible for any compensation if a customer or the company is compelled to cancel a booking due to external and uncontrollable circumstances.
We kindly request our customers to carry booking vouchers and e-tickets along with a valid ID. To confirm a booking, a minimum booking amount must be paid. Sunvista will not be held liable for any refund, traveller visa, or other applicable charges. Visas shall remain valid for up to 6 months from the date of return. Additional charges in the booking will be collected from the customer. Certain surcharges may apply above and beyond the package. Customers are required to make an advance payment for the confirmation of the booking and settle the balance amount as per the discussions with the company.

It is imperative that the visa remains valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of the return. Payments, especially in the case of group packages, will be non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. There are specific situations where payments shall not be refundable. For bookings involving a larger number of visitors, cancellation charges will be determined based on the total cost of the package or as per the policies of the supplier, hotel, and transport vendors.
